This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) by Integrix Virtual Partners Pty Ltd (referred to as “the Company,” “IVP,” “we,” or “us”) is designed to protect your privacy and ensure the appropriate management of your personally identifiable information (“Personal Data”) that you share with us.

7. Overseas transfer

Your Personal Information may be transferred to our business partners, affiliates and contractors located in Philippines. Philippines does not have data protection laws as comprehensive as Australia's, and we will accordingly take reasonable steps to secure a contractual commitment from the recipient to handle your information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.
