A discovery session will be held via video call, phone or in-person, during which we will ask a series of questions to gain a thorough understanding of your talent requirements. 

We will provide a clear and concise proposal detailing talent options, costs, and the terms of the agreement. This proposal serves as the foundation for our partnership, ensuring transparency and mutual alignment. 

If you choose to move forward with Integrix Virtual Partners, there are no upfront fees. We will conduct interviews and evaluations to identify the ideal candidate(s) and then present the top candidates to you, coordinating the interview process for a seamless experience. 

We initiate the implementation and onboarding process by planning the project kickoff, aligning on IT tools, KPIs, and operational processes. We then finalize agreements with the selected candidate(s) and establish schedules for Day 1 of their onboarding to ensure a smooth integration into the team.
